All injectables carry risks: bruising, swelling, tenderness, asymmetry, nodules, and, rarely, vascular events. Sculptra® requires diligent aftercare massage. Radiesse® is not used in the lips or glabella in the way some HA fillers are. We use cannulas when appropriate, map vessels, and treat conservatively. You will receive written aftercare.
